How to use
Evening, and morning if you like. Massage a pump into dry or damp skin. Add a little water and it turns into a silky milk; rinse thoroughly. Avoid direct contact with the eyes.

How does the oil-to-milk texture work?
On dry skin, the oil-gel dissolves make-up, sebum and impurities. The moment water touches it, it emulsifies into a silky milk that rinses away without stripping the skin's own moisture.
Does it remove heavy make-up and sunscreen?
Yes, including long-wear foundation and SPF. Massage it onto dry skin first, so the oil can do its work, then add water.
Why is there alcohol in it?
As a preservative, to keep the formula stable for two years. The concentration is low and balanced with soothing oils and glycerin, unlike the alcohol in disinfecting or anti-acne products, so it does not dry or irritate sensitive skin.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
It is dermatologically tested and free of harsh surfactants. It is scented with natural fragrance (white flowers and jasmine), which contains limonene and linalyl acetate. If you react to those, patch test first.
Do I need a second cleanser?
Not necessarily. Mila removes make-up and impurities in one go. If you like double cleansing, use Mila as the first step.
Can I use it on my eyes?
Around them, yes. Avoid direct contact with the eyes; if it gets in, rinse with water.

Is Mila a make-up remover or a cleanser?
Both. The oil phase dissolves make-up, sunscreen and sebum; the milk phase rinses it all away. One step, no cotton pads, no tight feeling afterwards.
Is this suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Mila is dermatologically tested, free of harsh surfactants and formulated for sensitive and dehydrated skin. It is scented with natural fragrance (white flowers and jasmine), which contains limonene and linalyl acetate. If you react to those, patch test on the inside of your arm for 24 hours first.
How soon will I see a difference?
Skin renews itself in roughly a 28-day cycle, so give a new routine a full month before you judge it. Hydration tends to show first. Firmness and fine lines take longer, and how much changes differs from person to person.
In what order do I apply these?
Cleanse first, then serum on slightly damp skin, then eye cream, then moisturiser last to seal everything in. In the morning, finish with SPF.
Is Mila vegan and cruelty-free?
Cruelty-free, yes: no animal testing, banned across the EU since 2013. Vegan: the ingredient list contains nothing of animal origin, but the manufacturer does not carry a vegan certification for this formula, so we do not claim it. Our serums and creams are vegan.
Where are the products made?
